An entrepreneur since 2010, Mel has launched two successful businesses, become a two-time published author, spoken nearly 200 times across the US and overseas, and created a true life by design—all while parenting her autistic teenage son.

Mel has had the privilege of facilitating her prioritization workshop and sharing her steps to success through keynotes with thousands of people across the US and Ireland.
